HOHM JUICE CLEANSE DELIVERY POLICY
Your Hohm Juice Delivery will arrive via Federal Express any Tuesday – Saturday. You will receive your made-to-order juice cleanse the afternoon prior to the start date indicated on your order, or in the Morning prior to your starting date if you selected priority delivery at a higher shipping rate. Please note that SATURDAY deliveries can be made to a residential address only.
NO REFUNDS will be made if you cannot be home to receive your shipment. These are very delicate and fresh made products and it is vital that you make proper arrangements to receive your delivery on the day prior to the start date of your cleanse. It is your responsibility to be home at time of delivery. If you cannot accept a Federal Express delivery, you must either arrange to pick up your package at your local Federal Express facility, or indicate an alternate delivery address where someone can receive your juices and properly refrigerate them upon receipt. Please be advised that all Federal Express offices and facilities are closed on Sundays.
For this reason, we cannot issue a refund should you indicate a start date of Monday or Tuesday date (as this would require Sunday or Monday delivery date).
Due to the fresh nature of this cleanse and artesian process of making these formulas, it bears repeating that NO REFUNDS will be made if you fail to take full responsibility for receiving the delivery.
SUGGESTIONS TO AVOID DELIVERY FAILURE:
Here is how you can avoid delivery failures
- Be sure to be home or a doorman can accept for you at time of delivery, ( you may waive required signature if you feel this works best for you)
- Arrange to pick up your package at your local Federal Express facility, or
- Indicate a delivery address such as a neighbor, friend or your workplace, where you know someone can be present to receive your juices and properly refrigerate them upon receipt.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the expensive ingredients and labor intensive nature of a high quality fresh product such as ours, we cannot offer any refunds once your order has been processed. We can however If you discover that there is some reason you cannot complete or accept your cleanse as you ordered, please contact us by email 48 hours prior to the ship date you requested, and we will hold a full credit for you for a future date up to six months from the date of your order. For changes less than 24 hours prior to ship date, we can apply 50% of your order as credit toward your next Hohm Juice Cleanse delivery order. Your completed order indicates your understanding and agreement of both our delivery and our cancellation refund policies.
We guarantee the freshness of our juices delivered for 4 full days from the date of delivery, or 3 full days of cleansing beginning on the date you indicated on your order form.
CANCELATION/RESCHEDULING CREDIT SCHEDULE:
3 days or more prior to your requested start date:
We will hold a 100% credit for up to 6 months.
1 or 2 days prior to your requested start date:
We are unable to issue credits or refunds for cancellations less than 1 or 2 days before the start date requested on your order.
We are unable to issue credits or refunds for cancellations less than 3 days before the start date requested on your order.

Once a retreat has been registered for, we are unable to issue any refunds for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the start date entered on registration application.
Credit & refund guidelines for cancellation or rescheduled retreats
14 or more days in advance of scheduled retreat start date: full refund less $75. non-refundable processing fee.
7-13 days in advance of scheduled retreat start date: 100%* of retreat may be rescheduled at a future time that works better. ( No cash Refund)
2-6 days prior to scheduled retreat start date: 50%* of our retreat tuition held in your name for a future stay,( No cash refund)
1 day prior to scheduled retreat start date: we will hold one day* for your future retreat.
* please note that all credits are non-transferable, and may be used in conjunction with special programming only if space allows and must be redeemed within 6 months of the originally scheduled retreat date.
